When I walked out of my first yoga class, I felt calm and anchored in a way I’d never experienced before.
I felt like I had come home.
I’m consistently struck by the way asana practice can act as a rich metaphor for how we interact with life. The habits we carry in our posture and movement can reveal the pervasive dance of stability and flexibility, discipline and surrender, and courage and vulnerability happening in our own lives.
I’ll guide you with warmth, steadiness and love through vinyasa sequences to create a grounded and spacious home in your body and self. Let’s experience the wisdom there, inside, so we can use this moving, breathing, imagining body to love and light the world.

I received my 200-hour teaching certification from Flow Yoga Center in Washington D.C. and am registered by Yoga Alliance. I believe that every person is a yogi at heart, and I hope to help you explore how moving and breathing with intention can begin to quiet your mind and set your true nature free.
